Neither the Site Content nor functionality of the Site, may be copied, reproduced, modified, reverse engineered, altered (including the removal or disabling of any security or technological safeguards, disclaimers, or legends) uploaded, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way without our written permission, except for those uses specified in Section 3 – Use of site content. 2. Trademarks

The trademarks, service marks, designs, and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of TUTORLY and its licensors. You agree that, except as expressly permitted by us (e.g., through social media sharing tools provided on the Site) or by our licensors, where applicable, you will not refer to or attribute any information to Excellence Management or its licensors in any public medium (e.g., press release, websites, or public social media) for advertising or promotion purposes, or for the purpose of informing or influencing any third party and that you will not use or reproduce any Trademark of, or imply any endorsement by or relationship with, Excellence Management or its licensors.

3. Use of site content

TUTORLY hereby grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the term hereof to access and download, display, and print one copy of the Site Content on any single computer solely for your internal, business use, provided that you do not modify the Site Content in any way (including creating derivative works thereof), that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices displayed on the Site Content, and that you otherwise comply with these Terms. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, transmit, post, or disclose the Site Content without Excellence Management & Consulting Corporation's prior written consent. In addition, you may not “mirror” the Site Content or any portion thereof without TUTORLY’s express written consent. You acknowledge and agree that TUTORLY shall own and have the unrestricted right to use, publish, and otherwise exploit any and all information that you post or otherwise publish on the Site in postings, forums or message boards, questionnaire, survey responses, and otherwise, and you acknowledge and agree that, by providing us any such submission, you automatically grant, and hereby do grant, to us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, assignable, sub-licensable, fully paid-up, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license and right to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify and otherwise exploit such submission for any purpose, and in any form or media, not prohibited by applicable law. TUTORLY does not represent or endorse the accuracy of reliability of information posted to the Site by users. In addition, TUTORLY does not and cannot review all information posted to the Site by users and is not responsible for such information. However, TUTORLY reserves the right to refuse to post and the right to remove any information, in whole or in part, for any reason or for no reason.

TUTORLY prohibits the posting of any information that infringes or violates the copyright rights and/or other intellectual property rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of any person or entity. You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TUTORLY and all of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, and attorneys and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns (“Excellence Management Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability, expenses, costs, or other losses (“Losses”) incurred by TUTORLY and/or Excellence Management Indemnified Parties in connection to any claims arising out of your use of the Site and/or any breach by you of these Terms, including the representations, warranties and covenants you made, if any, by agreeing to these Term. TUTORLY reserves the right to assume, at its own expense, the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

8. Third-party websites & Providers

We may provide links to third-party websites, and some of the content appearing to be on this Site is in fact supplied, supported, or provided directly or indirectly by third parties, for example, in instances of framing of thirdparty websites or incorporation through frame-sets of content supplied by third-party servers. Excellence Management has no responsibility for these third-party websites, which are governed by the terms of use and privacy policies, if any, of the applicable third-party content providers.

9. Governing law; jurisdiction

These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of England and the words and expressions used herein where the context so admits shall have the meanings as are assigned to them by the act and the parties hereto hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the High Court of Justice in London.

TUTORLY understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to respecting your privacy and protecting your personal data, which is any information that is capable of identifying you as an individual person. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle and protect your personal data in connection with TUTORLY's business activities, like conferences and events, and client services, and on websites, applications, and communications that post a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, “the Sites”), in our capacity as data controllers. Please see our Terms of use for more information about our online terms and policies in general.

This Privacy Policy has been developed and is maintained in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and international laws and regulations and specifically with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - European regulation).

1. Information

TUTORLY collects personal data in the course of its business activities, including in connection with some client services. You provide information when you search, read, listen and view content, register as a user (buyers and sellers), use the services and/or communicate with us through our contact information or through our contact forms.

The personal data collected varies and may include information that you provide, such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, mobile number, payment information, Facebook and Gmail account information (login purposes), and any additional information relating to you that you provide to us directly through our platform or indirectly through our platform.

We may also automatically collect information about the devices you use to interact with our Sites. The information we automatically collect may include IP address, device identifier, web browser, and browsing information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs, and other similar technologies (collectively “Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies”) on our Sites. We may also automatically collect information about how you use the Sites, such as what you have searched for and viewed on the Sites. The information automatically collected will be associated with any personal data you have provided.

TUTORLY may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as data brokers or aggregators, in the course of its business activities including in connection with some client services. We may combine this data with existing information we have about you or use it independently, for the purposes of our benchmarking and data analytics activities (e.g., analysis of recruiting practices across an industry, detecting fraud patterns in connection with financial transactions, foot traffic in retail environments). We will always seek to confirm that the third party has informed you in advance about its, and TUTORLY& Consulting Corporation’s, use of this data.

2. How we use your information

TUTORLY uses your personal data to fulfil your requests for information, process your requests, personalise content that you view or receive on the Sites or app, evaluate and improve our services, distribute newsletters and alerts to you, recruit and evaluate job applicants, analyse the Sites’ and app’s performance and functioning, publish sellers' services and products, user registration (sellers and buyers), identify you as a user in our system, process payments, provide subscriptions, facilitate communication between users, provide feedback system, send push notifications, understand and enhance your experience using our services, prevent fraud, enforce our terms of use, comply with all applicable laws and corporate reporting obligations, enforce TUTORLY’s agreements, and accomplish other purposes you may initiate or request. In some situations, the collection of personal data may be required for the operation of the Sites, or we may use it in the course of our business activities, including in connection with some client services, for example, to provide certain services or products such as our benchmarking products. TUTORLY and its service providers may use first and third party Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies, including web beacons, to manage our Sites and our services and collect analytics about how you use them. TUTORLY and its service providers may collect information about whether you open or click any links in the knowledge, research or event communications that we send to you. The information provided throughout this Privacy Policy about cookies also applies to these other tracking technologies. Please refer to our Cookie Policy for more details regarding our use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies. Our Sites do not track you by collecting personal data about your online activities over time and across third party websites or online services. 3. Mobile devices 

In connection with our mobile applications, TUTORLY may use third party service providers to analyse user activity to fix errors, monitor usage, and improve the performance of the mobile applications. For example, TUTORLY receives reports on some of our mobile applications’ aggregate usage and browsing patterns, including information about the type of device used, articles accessed, and other events occurring within our apps. TUTORLY& Consulting Corporation also receives reports on certain errors occurring within mobile applications.

4. How we process your personal data

Our processing of your personal data for the purposes mentioned above is based:

- in part, on our legitimate interests in promoting and protecting TUTORLY& Consulting Corporation, building and maintaining relationships and providing our services;

- in part, on your consent, for example if you create a user profile, or register for our newsletters or alerts, or for business purposes that support web operations such as understanding and enhancing the quality of your experience on our web-sites;

- in part, to comply with the law, when certain information is necessary to satisfy our legal or regulatory obligations.

Personal data collected in the course of TUTORLY business activities, including in connection with some client services, as well as on the Sites may be transferred from time to time to TUTORLY subsidiaries and affiliates and their personnel across our global network, as well as to our third party service providers located throughout the world, including in countries where the local law may grant you fewer rights than you have in your own country. Additionally, the Sites may be viewed and hosted by TUTORLY and our third party service providers anywhere in the world. Where required by law, we have put in place legal mechanisms designed to ensure adequate data protection of your personal data that is processed by TUTORLY subsidiaries, affiliates and third party service providers, including the transfer of your personal data to countries other than the one in which you reside. TUTORLY will not intentionally disclose or transfer (and will take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorised or accidental disclosure of) your personal data to third parties without your consent or as otherwise permitted by law, whether for such third parties’ own marketing purposes or otherwise, except as follows. TUTORLY may provide access to your personal data to third party service providers engaged by TUTORLY to provide services related to the Sites as well as related to TUTORLY’s business activities, including in connection with some client services, in the manner agreed upon in our client services agreements. We maintain processes designed to ensure that any processing of personal data by third party service providers is consistent with this Privacy Policy and protects the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of your personal data.

We also may share your personal data with third party service providers who perform services and functions on our behalf to support our interactions with you, including, for example, processing recruitment materials, administering surveys or contests, or communicating with you.

- When we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity;

- To prevent fraud against TUTORLY, our subsidiaries, affiliates and/or business partners;

To support auditing, compliance, and corporate governance functions; or

In addition, we may disclose or transfer your personal data in the event of a re-Organization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, or other transfer or disposition of all or any portion of our business

You should be aware that whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. TUTORLY is not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users publicly disclose in any such forums on the Sites.

7. Third party sites

TUTORLY may provide links to third party websites or information as a service to our users. If you use these links, you will leave the Sites. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by TUTORLY of the third party, the third party website, or the information contained therein, and TUTORLY& Consulting Corporation shall not be responsible or liable for your use thereof. Such use shall be subject to the terms of use and privacy policies applicable to those sites.

8. Social Networking

 The Sites may allow you to sign into and associate your social network accounts including, but not limited to, Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, with TUTORLY. The Sites also may allow you to log in to a TUTORLY account using certain social network account credentials.

By associating your social network account with TUTORLY or logging in to a TUTORLY account using your social network account credentials, you give us permission to access information that you have made available in your public profile for that social network account. The information available in your public profile varies based on the social network and your settings, but may include your email address, real name, profile picture, gender, and location. We use the information we receive from your social network account in accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the privacy settings in your social network account for information about what data is shared with TUTORLY and other connected applications and to manage the data that is shared through your account, including information about your activities using our Sites.

If you would like to disconnect a social media account from us, refer to the settings of that social network account and its provider.

9. Security

TUTORLY has implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security to protect personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorised TUTORLY personnel and third party service providers are provided access to personal data, and these employees and service providers are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions however, TUTORLY cannot guarantee that unauthorised persons will not obtain access to your personal data.

10. Data Retention

TUTORLY retains personal data, as necessary, for the duration of the relevant business relationship

We may also retain personal data for longer than the duration of the business relationship should we need to retain it to protect ourselves against legal claims, use it for analysis or historical record-keeping, or comply with our information management policies and schedules. If you request that we delete your personal data, Excellence Management will make reasonable attempts to delete all instances of the information in their entirety. For requests for access, corrections, or deletion, please refer to the “Your Rights” section of this Privacy Policy.

11. Children

The Sites are not designed for or directed at children 13 years of age or younger, and Excellence Management & Consulting Corporation does not intentionally collect or maintain personal data about anyone under this age.

Where granted by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to the personal data that we have collected about you for the purposes of reviewing, modifying, or requesting deletion of the data. You may also have the right to request a copy of the personal data that we have collected about you and to have any inaccuracies in that data corrected. 1How does it work?

If you want to buy or sell a product, request or offer a service on TUTORLY's app, you must first register.


The registration is free.

2 Does TUTORLY charge any fees if I sell or buy something?

Using TUTORLY is completely free, and there is no subscription fee.


No fee will be charged when you buy a product, however, there will be a minimal percentage commission on each transaction when you sell a product as well as a minimal yearly fee when you are offering services. All will be made public prior to the launch of the app.

3How does buying work at TUTORLY's app?

You can directly buy, or offer a price of your choice, the seller will then respond to you.

through our messaging system and chat.

You can also chat with the seller or other users via our messaging system.

4 How can I sell an item or offer my service at TUTORLY’s app?

Please take these few easy steps, practically speaking, it takes about 5 minutes to completely finish the process and sell your product or offer your service at TUTORLY’s app.


1. Register or sign into your account.

2. Go to “My Profile” (bottom right)

3. And then, click on “My Uploads”, choose “Products or Services”

4. Press on the + symbol and upload a picture of the item you’d like to sell or a logo representing your service or business logo, and then write a title, service name or name of the product, after that, please select a category and a sub-category, and then choose your “Product Condition” (New, Used or Open Box). If you’re offering a Service, you can simply ignore this step

5. Write the “Price” for your Product or Service. In many cases, individuals or businesses offering services do not publicly write their price lists, in this case, you can simply write "Price Upon Request".

6. And finally “Describe your Product or Service”, click the “Upload & Post” button.

5 How does search work?

In order to find a product or service you need in your area or nearby, you first need to allow the “TUTORLY” app to locate precisely where you are, however, if you have not allowed the “TUTORLY” app or you prefer not to, you can simply go to the search box and write the name of a city, and find the product or service you are looking for.

You can search for products or services in any city in the world.

6 Donations

You can donate or give away any things that you no longer need to those who need them.


Please follow the steps below


1. Register or sign into your account.

2. Go to “My Profile” (bottom right)

3. And then, click on “My Uploads”, choose “Products or Services”.

4. Press on the + symbol and upload a picture of the item you’d like to donate and write the name of the item, after that, please select a category and a sub-category, and then choose your “Product Condition” (New, Used or Open Box).

5. Write “0” on the Price box.

6. And finally “Describe the item”, click the “Upload & Post” button.

7What types of products are not allowed to be sold at the TUTORLY’s app?
Firearms

Firearms are not allowed.

Due to strict international laws banning the sale of these products.

Ammunition for firearms, including bullets, cartridges, casings, shells, and hulls Firearms of any type

Parts and accessories for assault weapons, including blueprints and instructions Any part or accessory in violation of local law

Firearm receivers, even if incomplete

The following firearm accessories are not allowed:

Gun parts, including, but not limited to, barrels, firing pins, and trigger assemblies
